  • When a purchase is made on our platform, the seller and the buyer enter a contractual agreement. The seller must ship the products as soon as possible, within one week of placing the order.

  • All products sold on our website must be authentic.
  • Only untampered and fully sealed products, with their original packaging, can be sold on our website.
  • Be kind to other users and our staff. We all have feelings, hopes and dreams, and there’s no need to become aggressive or insult anyone.
  • If you should have issues that you can’t work out at any point, please feel free to contact us here. We will try to resolve them for you promptly.

It is the seller’s responsibility to:

  • Keep their catalogue up to date.
  • Check that all cards are listed within the proper condition parameters.
  • Check that there are no fraudulent products of any kind.
  • Check that all sealed products haven’t been tampered with, including having been searched or re-sealed. They must all come in their original packaging.
  • Send any purchases in a timely fashion.
  • Ensure that shipped products are correctly packaged so buyers receive what they ordered in the exact condition before shipping.
  • Inform the buyer promptly if there are any issues with the order.
  • Try to resolve issues amicably, when possible, between yourself and the buyer.
  • Strive to always leave a review for the buyer; this will help grow our community and discern the good apples from the bad ones.

It’s the buyer’s responsibility to:

  • Fulfil their purchases.
  • Understand that sometimes the mailing system can be slow. Patience is a virtue, after all.

  • Inform the seller of any requests or issues promptly.
  • Try to resolve issues amicably, when possible, between yourself and the seller.
  • When you’re happy with your received order, mark it as delivered.

Very Friendly Sharks will actively monitor and moderate the marketplace and suspend or ban any users who misbehave and break the rules.

Reasons for being banned or suspended can be, but are not limited to, as follows:

  • Any users who behave with malicious or fraudulent intent.
  • Sellers cancelling orders. It is your responsibility to keep your collection up to date.
  • Users who are not responding to messages from other users or the Staff of Very Friendly Sharks.
  • Sellers who delay the shipment of their orders.
  • Abusive language of any kind.
  • Users who receive any number of genuine negative reviews.
  • Users who break the T&Cs and rules of our platform.

 

Only UK residents can use our website to buy and sell card products online. We welcome anyone in our community, but unfortunately, we’re a UK-only card market.

  • No harassment or political or social justice topics of any kind. We’re all here to grow and enjoy the wonderful world of collectables together.
  • There’s enough bad stuff happening outside; let’s keep our channels clean and avoid any debates that don’t pertain to our favourite hobbies.
  • No insults, bullying or malicious behaviour will be tolerated. Consider this your only warning.
  • Private selling is NOT allowed on any of our channels. We cannot help you in any way if you have issues with a private sale.
